feeed is a trading name of feeed professional ltd, registered in England and Wales (company no. 16307177), registered office Cob Tree Cottage, Pyworthy, EX22 6LN. We are the data controller for personal information collected through feeed.com. For any privacy question, email russell@feeed.com.

• Enquiry form: your name, email address, company, and the project details you choose to share.
• Call bookings: your name, email address, optional company, what you would like to discuss, and your chosen time.
• Ask feeed assistant: the messages you type, and any contact details you agree to share so we can follow up.
• Campaign labels: if you arrive from a tracked link (for example a social post), we record the campaign name with your enquiry so we know where it came from.

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, arrange and hold calls, and understand which of our posts bring people to the site. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

We use trusted service providers to run the site and deliver what you ask for:

• Website hosting and our database, which store enquiries and bookings.
• Google Calendar and Google Meet, to check availability and send call invitations.
• An email delivery service, to send booking confirmations and enquiry alerts.
• An AI model provider, which processes assistant messages to generate replies.

Some providers may process data outside the UK, under appropriate safeguards.

feeed.com does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner. Campaign labels from tracked links are held only in the open browser page and are cleared when you close it.

We keep enquiry and booking records only for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any work that follows. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, or receive a copy. Email russell@feeed.com and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
